Yearbook Club in action

Yearbook Club

The yearbook club does exactly what it sounds like – they work to take photos and put together the yearbook that will be distributed at the end of the year (click here to order your yearbook).

Yearbook advisor Ms. Sally Maijenski said, “there are a lot of different roles; they range from going and taking action shots at sporting events or just community shots if we’re having a pep rally. If they take photographs, they submit them, which really helps to make pages.”

Maijenski goes on to say, “I need team members whether you’re on tennis or doing the play. When I take a picture, I have to identify all of the people in the picture, so I need people to track down whoever was on that team or in that club. There are so many different things [to do], and it’s not just designing the pages.”

Yearbook meets every Monday after school in room 103. The yearbook club is great for anyone who wants to help with the creation of the yearbook and meet some new people.
