North Shore Young Writers Conference
If you love to write creatively, then you may be interested in an upcoming workshop. This an opportunity to become a stronger writer of stories, poems, etc.
The North Shore Young Writers Conference is holding a workshop for intensive writing and sharing inspirational readings. Three local award-winning writers will lead the workshops: Colleen Michaels, Kevin Carey, and Ralph Sneeden.
According to their website, “The North Shore Young Writers Conference is an opportunity for students to unplug from social media and online distractions to participate in two days of intensive writing with like-minded peers. Award-winning authors will mentor students, give advice, and lead workshops as well as share their own writing with the group. Click here to view this year’s schedule. Lunch and a light breakfast will be provided both days.”
When: January 31st and February 1st, 2020.
Where: Waring School in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Who: Any students in the Boston area are welcome to attend.
Cost: $80 to go on both Saturday and Sunday. It costs $50 for one of the two days.
Waring will provide transportation to and from the Beverly depot station for the attendees taking the commuter rails.
