Maris Happel is a sophomore at HWRHS. She was interested in learning how to write articles and gain a better understanding of how to write like a journalist, as well as how to conduct interviews. Outside of school, Maris plays soccer and tennis. She enjoys being part of teams. Maris is very interested in explaining her knowledge about the news and its impact on people and communities. She is very excited to write more pieces.
