Saying Goodbye to Our Class of 2019!

Although the seniors have finished up with classes, finals, prom, Seniors Helping Seniors, and their class dinner, their experience at HWRHS is not quite over. There are two upcoming events, both open to the public. The Candlelight Ceremony is today, May 30th, at 8:00 p.m. It will take place in the gym. The two speakers are Alex Eap, Class of 2019, and Mr. Ristaino, a history teacher at the high school. The main purpose of the Candlelight Ceremony is for the seniors to remember the best parts of their four years here at the high school. This is sure to be a meaningful night, and a lasting memory for everyone who attends.

The second event is graduation. It is this Saturday, June 1st, at 10:00 a.m, and will take place on the HWRHS football field. The seats are not reserved, so come by around 9:00, when the doors open, for the best view of the graduating Class of 2019! The student speakers are valedictorian Sean Li, and salutatorian Lily Knudsen.

We hope to see you at these events, as we say goodbye to the amazing senior class.
