I can hear you chime.

thanks for always being here,

even during the crimes.

Although the clouds often cover your light,

you remain with us during our fight,

by eventually shining bright. 

Your rays sometimes are too strong,

but you tell us it is okay to be wrong,

and you aid us in happy song,

encouraging us to move along.

you say that even though the world is out of line,

you will always be there,

making sure we are all fine.

HUMAN

We fight.

We think we are always right.

We may take away the light,

even during the pitch black night.

We are greedy,

needy,

speedy.

Despite these labels we are all one,

under the same sun.

Although we may try and run,

our story has just begun.
